First Season Episode List
Here is an episode list for the series, and it lists the episode title, whether or not it was based on the manga, and a brief summary. Once Media Blasters comes out with their official episode titles, I'll use their translations.
Key:
[M] - Based off of the manga.
[E] - Somewhat based off off the manga with major changes.
[O] - Mostly original Material.
A good amount of anime have multiple ending and opening songs. I'll attempt to keep track of them here.

We begin with a look into the life of a college student, and at the very end of the episode we see a goddess coming out of the mirror.
